i may be youn in age , but depression is something that young and older people go through . whatever i say i may not bring comfort to you . the only thing i can say is JESUS ,JESUS AND 100 TIMES JESUS i went through depression myself 5 years ago but not a broken marriage and i was very close to doing something wrong .
someone told me open the bible and read and that person new i wasn't in the mood for reading the bible and talking to God , but after somedays i opened the bible and read and that person prayed for me . and believe me withougt knowing when did all the things changed but i changed 100% and the great thing is whenever i get so sad i don't go back to where i was .
PRAYER AND TALKING TO GOD IS THE ONLY WAY :)
force yourself to do so ...

I need pray am going through a very thought time in life, I am very lonely and I am suffering from depression. Finding it very difficult to let go of a broken marriage. Known full well I was the cause,of the break up tried so hard to make things right but it too late.
