Brothers/Sisters:
I recently saw a program that showed the worth of a woman in an eastern
country, where she's sometimes viewed as a burden to her parents. Because of
the dowry(money) they must raise for her to be married. As they must pay a
man's family, to marry their daughter. Then if the money/dowry isn't enough or
the man decides he doesn't like the woman, he many times, abuses and/or kills
her. Which prompted the question, what is a woman worth? Is she worth more
than she can give (usually to a man)? Is she worth the respect due to her, as
a person? Think bout it!
