It may be good to have an option so people could specify they are willing to meet someone with a disability -- maybe even specify if mental or physical. Would advise caution against having a search for only disabled people. It would be sad to limit your possibilities because of fear or previous bad experiences. This could also become a tool for active bias if use the wrong way. Making it an active issue might also make it a larger issue than it needs to be. With discretion and kindness it may be good. I could agree with having an option in the questionaire allowing a person to state whether or not they are willing to meet someone with disabilities and making it a question of larger importance...but not a focal point.

I would like to ask this question to all the people on this site that are either mentally or physically disabled. Do you think it would benifit us to have a special search on this site just for people like us who have challenges, whether mentally or physically? I have found that it is hard to get respones from people who are not. I have talked to Nannette about this and she said that if enough people request it, she would consisder maybe making a special search for us, so please respond to this if your out there.
