It seems quite common to see that older men are looking for younger women here. Is there a difference between the two?

Of late I have noticed(Not on this site mind!)that it seems to be the "In-Thing" for younger men to date older women.
I personally have nothing against it,and i do know that i would not mind if i find an older one,but I do love to see what others think of it.
